The location is good, short walk to the town centre, and many restaurants, transport and car park. The rooms are big size and cosy with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The staff has always been helpful and affable. Every time in Grays we stay in this hotel.

The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect - very close to patisserie, the centre, and shops/restaurants. Plus, it was great to be near Grays Shopping Centre. The room was impeccably clean and the bathroom was clean. The hotel provided us with central heating, an electronic key card, and TV.

Liked my 2 nights stay. The hotel had a very central setting close to the station. It was also close enough to patisserie, and shops and train station. The staff were helpful and responsible and knew the area.
